In 2017, we opened a new location in the heart of the ever so vibrant neighborhood of Capitol Hill. Under the new concept of Thai Street Cafe, we offer Street Food menus that you can find on the street in Thailand as well as Bai Tong's all times favorite dishes. 

Noi Thai Cuisine is the upscale Thai restaurant that the Bai Tong Group launched in 2012. Noi Thai Cuisine serves royal Thai cuisine created by master chefs of Thailand. The first location of Noi was in Bend Oregon. Now there are 3 locations of Noi Thai cuisine in Bend, Seattle, and Honolulu.
