This is a kind of Thai snack. In the past, we usually use it for welcoming the guest.
A lettuce, gingers, sliced lime, shallots, peanut, toasted coconut meat, sliced of chilies,
and our home made sweet syrup. Take the lettuce and fold as a cup and put
the ingredients in the leaf cup, then top with the sweet syrup.
Eat the whole leaf cup in one bite and chew it slowly. |
