We visited the Redmond Bai Tong today with friends. We recommended to them that we go there based on our wonderful experiences at the Southcenter location. We had a very disappointing dinner, for many reasons: 1 - the service was very bad. It was slow and not friendly at all. We had to get up to ask for more napkins after waiting over 10 minutes for someone to even walk by our table. 2 - the food took very, very long to come out - at least 45 minutes. I understand it was a Friday night and the place was busy but this was just too long to wait after ordering for our dinner 3 - one of the people in our party ordered from the appetizers section for her dinner and specifically ordered for them to come out with the rest of the dinner meals, not before. They came out before, and then our waiter walked by and said "oh look, they brought them out before the rest. oops." She waited for everyone else to get their entree and her chicken skewers got cold. Then when the entrees did come out, they were missing the sauce, and we had to wait at least another 10 minutes for the sauce 3 - one of the items we ordered was the crispy garlic chicken. It came out with a very fishy taste. Not sure if that's intended for the dish, but it tasted like it was fried in the same oil as something very fishy. 4 - there was 18% gratuity added to our bill. The menu states that it will be added for parties of 6 or more. We were a party of 4 adults, a 2.5 year old, and a 9 month old baby. That's a little rediculous that they would consider the baby and the toddler in the "party of 6" We were very disappointed with this experience and were embarresed that we brought our friends here.
